The facts center around Clemons a teacher experiencing exacerbation of hypertension due to a breach of duty by the Minister of Education providing a safe work environment. Clemons won on negligence related to workplace conditions causing physical health issues but not on claims related to psychological harm or intentional infliction of harm. The court ruled in favor of Clemons for negligence but dismissed her claim for intentional infliction of harm

Stephen Cosham (Police Inspector) vs Jahmeekah Ifarar Wilson

Jahmeekah Wilson, a civilian data entry clerk at the Bermuda Police Service, was convicted of corruption for withdrawing 79 parking tickets, some of which belonged to her sister, in exchange for money. She initially pled not guilty but later changed her plea during trial. The Magistrates? Court sentenced her to fines, but the prosecution appealed, arguing that imprisonment was the only appropriate sentence for public corruption.

Maintenance adjusted with children's changing educational needs.
