Dispute over property renovations maintenance and return of deposit between tenant Michael Crow and landlord Calon Hollis. Crow leased a property from Hollis with an agreement for renovations and a pool by specified dates which were not met. Crow vacated the property later than agreed leading to a dispute over rent for October 2007 and the condition of the property upon departure.
