In the matter of Titan Petrochemicals Limited
The court case involves the winding-up proceedings against Titan Petrochemicals Limited initiated by Saturn Petrochemical Holdings Ltd. and later KTL Camden after substitution. The case explores the applications for winding-up appointment of provisional liquidators to displace management and joint provisional liquidators with 'soft' powers due to the company's slow restructuring process and lack of clear financial disclosure. The court decided against immediate winding-up and displacing management but appointed joint provisional liquidators to monitor the restructuring process.
