FACTS OF THE CASE:
On 16 February 2019 police observed Shae Butterfield standing on a plastic bag containing cannabis and Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol in Pembroke Parish. Following a chase Butterfield was arrested and cash was seized. Butterfield claimed the substances were in a jacket he bought and ran for safety not due to the drugs
