Ronald Frederick Terceira v. Harold Michael Terceira et al.
The Plaintiff, Ronald Terceira, claimed ownership of a commercial property (5 Marsh Lane, Devonshire) through proprietary estoppel. He argued that his father promised him ownership in return for financing and constructing the building. The Defendants, his six siblings, contended that the property was part of their late father?s estate and should be divided equally. They also counterclaimed for compensation from the Plaintiff for occupying the property without paying rent.

IPOC International Growth Fund Ltd v. OAO 'CT-Mobile' LV Finance Group
IPOC brought proceedings against CTM in Russian courts in breach of arbitration agreements related to shareholding in MegaFon. LVFG sought similar relief against IPOC. IPOC expected to indirectly own CTM's MegaFon Stake but was opposed due to alleged breaches and agreements' arbitration clauses. Swedish Swiss arbitrations sought to enforce Option Agreements and transfer MegaFon Stake to IPOC. Russian proceedings were initiated by IPOC against LVFG and others seeking direct ownership of MegaFon Stake but were in breach of arbitration agreements.

Alex Wolffe was accused of participating in a robbery and wounding with intent at Mr. Borislav Angelov's residence based on circumstantial evidence including possession of a borrowed motorcycle and a cut on his finger/hand around the time of the incident. The defense argued lack of direct evidence and inconsistencies in the prosecution's case.
